Spinach and Corn fritters

Ingredients used in Spinach and Corn fritters
• Carrot (grated) – 1 number.
• Spinach (chopped) – 1 bunch.
• Nut meg – 1 pinch.
• Salt – to taste.
• Onion (chopped) – 1 number.
• Butter – 3 tea spoon.
• Corn – 1/2 cup.
• Milk – 1+1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour/maida – 1/2 cup.
• Egg – 1/2 number.
• Garlic (chopped) – 1 tablespoon.
• Olive oil – 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take some butter in a hot pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, nutmeg powder, all-purpose flour cook this until raw flavour is gone.
  • Add corn, cook it for some time, add milk in small quantities, keep mixing it.
  • Then put chopped spinach, grated carrot, egg, mix this cook it on slow flame then transfer it to another bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add small fritters of the mixture, fry them.

Serve this hot with favourite sauce.
