- Take some butter in a hot pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, nutmeg powder, all-purpose flour cook this until raw flavour is gone.
- Add corn, cook it for some time, add milk in small quantities, keep mixing it.
- Then put chopped spinach, grated carrot, egg, mix this cook it on slow flame then transfer it to another bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add small fritters of the mixture, fry them.
Serve this hot with favourite sauce.
